Do sellers pay listing fees?
No. Sellers pay a flat 1% only. (Zero seller fees at launch) Check the fees page for details.
Is there a buyer fee?
Yes, it covers payment costs, buyer protection, and support so we can keep the seller fee at 1%.
Is there a way to pay less in fees overall?
Yes, choose ACH at checkout. It’s cheaper to process, and we pass that along.
How do I list if I’m busy?
Use Concierge Listing: you send photos + price → we draft → you approve → we publish.
What photos do you need?
Six: clubhead, face, sole, shaft label, serial (if present), and any blemishes.
When does The Loft Line launch?
We’re onboarding early sellers now and opening buyer access in phases. Join the early list for first access.
When do sellers get paid?
On delivery scan + a short confirmation window. (Faster once you build a clean history.)
What fees should I expect?

Counterfeits / “not as described”?
Counterfeits = instant ban + buyer refund. Misrepresented items = return & refund.
How do disputes work?

What happens to my data?
We use it only to run listings and communicate about sales. No selling of personal data.

The Loft Line — Anti-Counterfeiting & Authenticity PolicyWhy this exists
We’re a peer-to-peer golf gear marketplace. Buyers must get authentic gear as described. Sellers must be honest about brand, model, specs, condition, and modifications.
What’s not allowed-Counterfeits/fakes/replicas of any brand or model.
-Tampered serials/graphics or fake adapter/shaft labels.
-Undisclosed modifications (e.g., non-OEM heads/shafts, re-stamped loft/lie/serials) represented as original.
-“Tour issue / prototype” claims without proof (invoice, COA, OEM serial verification).
What you must disclose-Brand, model, loft/lie/length (and any changes), shaft model/flex/weight, grip model/size.
-All cosmetic or structural issues (dings, cracks, rust, loose heads, shaft extensions).
-If head, shaft, or grip is aftermarket or non-OEM.
Required photos (the “6-shot rule”)
-Face (full grooves)
-Sole (show model/loft)
-Shaft label/graphics (and adapter markings if applicable)
-Grip
-Serial/hologram/laser etch (if present)
-Any blemishes/repairs
(Listings without these may be rejected or paused.)
How authenticity is checked-We review photos and details for red flags.
-We may request extra photos/video or proof of purchase/COA.
-We may verify serials with brands or consult third-party experts.
-We may require ID verification for high-risk listings.
If a buyer reports a counterfeit or “not as described”
1. Report window: Within 72 hours of delivery scan, buyer opens a claim with photos/video.
2. Hold funds: Seller payout is paused during review.
3. Review: We assess photos, serials, communications, and expert input.
Outcome:
-Confirmed counterfeit/misrepresented: Full refund to buyer. Seller must provide a prepaid return label or accept destruction/return per our instructions. Seller account is permanently banned.
-Inconclusive: We may request additional proof or split-resolution steps.
-Buyer misuse/fraud: Claim denied; payout released.
-Chargebacks: If a bank reverses payment due to counterfeit/misrepresentation, the seller is liable for the amount, fees, and return shipping.
Consequences for violating this policy
-Immediate listing removal and payout freeze.
-Permanent ban for confirmed counterfeit or intentional misrepresentation.
-Possible law-enforcement referral and notice to brand owners.
-Recovery of losses/fees associated with refunds/chargebacks.
Local handoff (escrow)
-For in-person exchanges using our in-app escrow: funds are held until both parties confirm the handoff. Buyer still has 72 hours to report authenticity or “not as described” issues.
